When you open our website, your browser sends technical data — IP address, time, page requested, browser type — which our hosting provider logs.
When you fill in a form or create an account, we process what you enter: name, email address, phone number and your message.
We do not sell data, and we share it only with the service providers listed below.
Necessary: a cookie for your chosen language, cookies for signing in to the operator dashboard, and an access cookie for the demo.
In your browser's local storage: your chosen appearance (light or dark), your cookie decision, the restaurant you last opened, and — if you came to us from an ad — the advertising click id.
None of this leaves your browser unless you submit a form.
We use Google Analytics 4 (Google Ireland Limited) to understand which pages get used.
Until you consent, no analytics cookies are set and Google receives only anonymous signals with no identifier. If you consent, Google sets cookies and evaluates your visit pseudonymously.
You can change your decision at any time by clearing this site's data in your browser.
We advertise through Google Ads. When you click an ad, Google appends a click id (gclid, wbraid or gbraid) to our website address. We store that id together with the campaign parameters in your browser's local storage.
If you then submit a form or book an appointment, we report to Google that an ad led to an enquiry, and attach the id to our internal record. That tells us which campaign is worth running.
Without your consent this report is sent without cookies and without personal identifiers.
The booking calendar on our consultation page comes from Calendly LLC (USA) and loads in an embedded frame. Opening the page establishes a connection to Calendly and transmits your IP address.
If you book, Calendly processes what you enter — name, email address and chosen time — on our behalf. This involves a transfer of data to the USA.
All we learn from the frame is that a booking happened; we cannot technically read its contents.
Website hosting and delivery: Vercel Inc. (USA).
Database and sign-in: Supabase.
Payments: Payrexx AG (Switzerland). Card details are processed there only and never reach our servers.
Email delivery: Metanet AG (Switzerland). Abuse and rate limiting: Upstash.
Menu import from photos, an optional feature in the operator dashboard: Anthropic PBC (USA).
All of these process data on our behalf only.
You may request access to your data, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, and object to processing. Write to kontakt@eathub.ch.
If you have a customer account, you can export your data yourself at any time and delete the account from your profile.
We update this policy when our services change. The version published here is the one that applies.
